We ensure that efficiencies and adherence to service levels are maintained and that compliance to standards and policies are met within the key areas. The Discovery clientele (employees) complement that we are managed a total of 1900 employees. The split between buildings is 1100 in the Gqeberha office and 800 in the Cape Town office. Due to Hybrid work implementations, the onsite numbers have decreased to approximately 50% - 60%, however the new way of working has allowed for new and exciting initiatives to be introduced. I am ambitious and highly motivated with solid experience in managing various aspects, of service requirements, for Office environments. I enjoy new opportunities to learn and to grow with experience and knowledge. The COVID Panademic was a true change in the way companies thought working environments should be and allowed every Corporate to look within their organisation and become more innovative and to change their status quo. For myself, personally, this was a truly challenging, rewards, eye opening, exciting and unknown (at times) part of my Facilities career. So much was learnt and adapted, spoken as the new normal. I look forward to seeing what that is. I know that as a Leader, and my continued growth as a Leader, you are only as good as your staff, contractors and providers and most importantly how imperative their happiness is.
